WSB selected Israel as the destination, and Eshet as their DMS partner for the company’s 2019 Super Trip – An incentive trip for 4,816 WSB employees, making it the largest incentive group in Israel’s MICE history.

Eshet Incentives & Conferences achieved an extraordinary feat by orchestrating Israel’s largest-ever group and Gala Dinner event. With 4816 attendees arriving on 142 flights, this remarkable 7-day affair unfolded across Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, showcasing impeccable planning and execution.
Global participants landed in Israel to find specialized hospitality desks and seamless accommodations in 22 designated hotels. Three nights in each city treated attendees to the cultural splendors of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Optional tours showcased iconic destinations like the Dead Sea, Masada, Galilee, and Bethlehem.
A logistical marvel, the event harmoniously involved 100 buses, expert guides, and a committed team of 80 hospitality staff members.

The zenith of the occasion was a breathtaking farewell dinner set in Jerusalem’s Hinnom Valley, just beyond the Old City Walls. Each of the 1650-strong guest groups was treated to captivating performances by an opera singer and the Israel Folklore Dance ensemble. The Mayor of Jerusalem added a personal touch by welcoming each group. This historic event, marked as Israel’s largest Gala Dinner ever hosted, was flawlessly executed by an unprecedented team of 600 dedicated crew members.
