Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, The Dead Sea & Northern Israel
Daycoval is a leading Brazil-based bank that provides personal and corporate banking services. The corporate leadership has selected Israel as the destination for their prestigious annual incentive tour, designed to reward top employees and major clients. The goal was to curate a unique and memorable experience that would balance Israel’s deep history and culture with fun, leisure, and opportunities for relaxation.
From the outset, the guests were excited to be in Israel, eager to explore its rich heritage while enjoying a wide array of activities. The tour spanned seven unforgettable nights and provided a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and luxury.
The journey began in Tel Aviv, where the group kicked off their adventure with a scenic cycling ride along the city’s famous promenade, tracing the Mediterranean coastline. The vibrant energy of Tel Aviv set the tone for the trip, offering a perfect mix of modern city life and natural beauty.
From there, the group moved on to Herzliya for a day of beach activities, where they indulged in surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and lively beach games. The beach had been reserved exclusively for Daycoval Bank, with branded flags marking their private space along the shoreline, adding a sense of exclusivity to the experience.
Their exploration of Israel’s historical and cultural treasures took them to Caesarea, Haifa, and Acre. In these ancient cities, they visited renowned museums and took part in special ceremonies, diving deep into the country’s rich past. In Jerusalem’s Old City, they walked through its narrow streets, stopping at significant landmarks like the Western Wall and the Via Dolorosa, experiencing firsthand the spiritual heart of Israel.
A visit to the Dead Sea offered the group a unique experience in the form of a Mud Festival. At the lowest point on Earth, the group enjoyed a private, flag-marked area, where they could relax and rejuvenate in the mineral-rich mud, making the most of this world-famous natural wonder.
The evenings were equally spectacular. The group dined at exclusive venues, including the chic Mamilla Hotel and the historic Tower of David Museum. A special highlight was the private screening of the Sound and Light Show, with the Daycoval Bank logo projected onto the walls of the Old City, making the night truly unforgettable.
The grand finale of the tour was a breathtaking farewell dinner at Havarim Canyon, under the shadow of the ancient fortress of Masada. The participants, dressed in traditional gallabias and keffiyehs, arrived at the desert venue in complete darkness, guided only by the dramatic music of the Nabucco opera chorus. As the desert lights illuminated the site, they gathered around beautifully arranged tables for an exquisite dinner, followed by a lively modern disco party under the stars.
The entire tour masterfully blended history, culture, and leisure, giving Daycoval Bank’s employees and clients a truly one-of-a-kind experience that they would cherish for years to come.
